John McGill

Wake the Bard

A traditional Celtic / Irish band playing jigs, reels, and traditional songs. Features hammered dulcimer, harmonium, bodhran, mandolin, fiddle, and guitars.  Wake the Bard has been featured in many area Irish pubs, including Killarney's in Riverside, Finn McCools in Twin Peaks, Liam's in Colton, and the former Redmond's in Running Springs. Regular appearances at Killarney's and the Lake Inn in Green Valley Lake.

Nothing Matters

An All Star MT Band formed by the guitar talents of Bruce (Brewski) Martinelli and featuring John McGill on bass, vocals and guitar as well as Ron Davis on drums and vocals, BD Fitz on vocals and guitar, and Robert Parlee on vocals and keys.  The band played 40 shows last year doing classic songs by Blind Faith, the Doobies, Stones, U2, and Led Zeppelin along with new originals.
